East St. Louis School District responds after volunteer instructor charged with grooming

A New Baden, Illinois, man is facing charges for grooming and child solicitation in Clinton County. East St. Louis School District 189 Superintendent Arthur R. Culver sent a letter to families Wednesday after learning the defendant worked as an after-school instructor in the district.
