Elementary school employee charged with secretly photographing students to create CSAM, sexually abusing two toddlers

A Garfield County elementary school employee has been formally charged for allegedly secretly taking pictures of students, using those photos to create child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and sexually abusing toddler-age children.
