Eminent domain lawsuit sets stage for north St. Louis redevelopment

St. Louis redevelopment officials have filed an eminent domain lawsuit in an effort to condemn and acquire dozens of long-neglected properties in north St. Louis, a major step in the city's long-term push to reshape the northside.
