Energy’s up as Colts put on pads for first time in training camp
WESTFIELD, Ind. (WISH) — Indianapolis Colts training camp looked and sounded a little different Monday. The team put full pads on for the first time – the point every year during camp that football becomes real.
“I haven’t put pads on in like eight months, so you got to get a little used to it, break them in,” receiver Josh Downs said.
The Colts put on the pads for the first time this training camp, giving a better idea of how this team will look when the season begins.
