Ex-city worker charged in $800K Hawaii Foodbank scheme

Dexter Kishida was arrested and charged with theft, forgery and official misconduct for allegedly inducing the Hawaii Foodbank to spend $800,000 in a scheme to maximize CARES Act paybacks, which turned out not to be covered.
