Ex-San Diego deputy gets 5 years for excessive force, lying in report

Former San Diego County Sheriff's Deputy Jeremiah Manuyag Flores was sentenced to 57 months in prison for using excessive force on an inmate, failing to get medical help, and lying in a report to cover it up.
