INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Get ready to rock with your family at the Indiana State Museum with its GEOfest exhibition.

The museum says GEOfest encompasses three floors and includes plenty of activities for families and kids. Children can dig into Indiana’s Ice Age past and test their construction skills in an earthquake simulator.

Indiana State Museum says that as part of their yearlong celebration of America’s 250th birthday, there is a special exhibit that delves into the state’s geological history. Curious patrons can also find out which U.S. presidents nurtured a geological fascination.
