Fallout from redistricting, income tax amendment lingers at annual ham breakfast

At last year’s ham breakfast, the political dish-of-the-day was the potential of a special mid-decade redrawing of Missouri’s eight congressional districts. The goal: make the 5th Congressional District more competitive for Republicans in an attempt to flip the seat in the 2026 midterm elections.
