Family honors fallen Iberville Parish deputy Charles Riley with bonfire on Christmas Eve

The family of Charles Riley, a deputy killed in the line of duty in October, is being honored with a bonfire in south Louisiana, while lawmakers have introduced the Back the Blue Act to increase penalties for criminals who target law enforcement officers.
