Famous new neighbor's early birds draw ire of Las Vegas homeowner

A homeowner in the southeast Las Vegas valley says two of her new next-door neighbors wake her up in the early morning hours most days since they moved in. Those neighbors - one named Gin and the other named Juice -  perch on the wire near her bedroom window and, she says, scream at the top of their lungs.
