Fatal crash in Kailua-Kona claims life of pedestrian

A man was killed in a crash in Kailua-Kona after being hit by a truck that veered off the road onto an unfinished gravel area, and the driver was arrested and charged with reckless driving, negligent injury in the first degree and operating a vehicle under the influence.
