Federal court denies blocking new Congressional map: Court-ordered map for Utah's 2026 midterms stands

In a ruling that's all but certain to be the final blow to the Utah legislature's effort to block a judge-imposed redistricted Congressional map for Utah's 2026 midterms, a federal panel of judges has denied a group of elected officials' request to enjoin that map.
