Federal court rules for Nevada in lawsuit seeking access to unredacted voter registration list

Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar celebrated a court ruling Friday as a victory for the state's voters. The U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada granted a motion to dismiss a U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit seeking Nevada’s unredacted statewide voter registration list.
