Federal judge orders release of 5-year-old boy, father from Texas immigrant detention center

A five-year-old boy and his father, who have been in custody at a federal detention center in Texas after they were detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Minneapolis, are to be released from custody after a Saturday ruling from a federal judge in Texas.
