Fees waived for lost pets still missing after Fourth of July in San Diego

The San Diego Humane Society is offering waived fees to reclaim lost pets after the Fourth of July celebrations through July 7. As of Monday morning, only 22 of the 127 lost pets that have come into the shelter since the holiday have been picked up by their owners. Pet owners can visit the humane society's website or text "LOST" to a designated number for tips and instructions on how to find their pets.
