Fillmore man allegedly sexually abused 15-year-old girl, threatened suicide to silence her

A Fillmore man has been charged with 20 felonies and is accused of abusing a 15-year-old whom he groomed into a relationship. He allegedly threatened to commit suicide if she reported him to law enforcement.
