Fleiss loses latest battle in Las Vegas over letting her birds fly free

A Clark County hearing officer upheld fines and violations they say Heidi Fleiss - the internationally renowned Las Vegas resident know for doing prison time because of her illegal prostitution ring - committed by letting her wild birds fly free, according to documents received by the 8 News Now Investigators.
