Flooding at Jack's Oyster House shuts off water on State Street in Albany

Crews with the Albany Water Department (AWD) were on the scene of an emergency water service interruption on State Street in Albany on Thursday. The response stems from a sprinkler system failing, causing rushing water in the basement of Jack's Oyster House.
