Florida woman 'knowingly' lets newborn drown in toilet after giving birth, sheriff says

A Palm Coast woman was arrested on March 6 after deputies say she allowed her newborn to drown in the toilet after "unexpectedly" giving birth at her home, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said.
