Former state employee fired over Charlie Kirk comment files federal lawsuit

The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression filed the lawsuit on behalf of a woman fired from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance fired over a comment made about Charlie Kirk in the wake of his murder.
