Fort Plain CSD appoints new elementary school principal

The Fort Plain Central School District Board of Education and Superintendent Amy Bartholomew have announced the new principal for Harry Hoag Elementary School. Skyler Douglas was appointed serve as the school's new principal at a special board meeting on Wednesday.
