Franklin County proclaims March as 'American Red Cross Month'

(WHTM) — Tonight's Hometown Heroes answered calls for help and assistance. The Franklin County Commissioners proclaimed March "American Red Cross Month." Red Cross Community Disaster program manager Allen White accepted the proclamation on behalf of 24 volunteers.
