'Frightening': Alliance for Positive Health reports overdoses

Around four suspected overdoses, either fatal or nonfatal, in Warren County have been reported to staff in a 24-hour period, according to the Alliance for Positive Health. NEWS10's Anthony Krolikowski spoke to the regional program manager of harm reduction over the phone on how her team works to prevent that from happening.
