Gillibrand introduces ban on congressional stock trading

U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York introduced a bill that would prohibit House and Senate members and their families from owning or trading individual stocks, in an effort to prevent lawmakers from using privileged information to get rich.
