The U.S. Marshals are asking for help to get a previously convicted child molester off the streets.

Marshals are looking for Ramon Miramontes, 60. He is a parolee at-large, and on parole for failure to register as a sex offender.

His criminal history includes illegal entry into the United States and multiple child molestation convictions.

Miramontes is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has ties to Bakersfield and Tehachapi.
