Gov. Green orders statewide action to honor Hawaiʻi County Fire Chief Kazuo Todd

To honor Hawaiʻi County Fire Chief Kazuo Todd, Governor Josh Green has ordered all United States flags and Hawaiʻi state flags to be flown at half-staff this month.
