Governor, officials layout July 1 changes to Arkansas SNAP

Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced a ban on soft drinks, candy, desserts and other "unhealthy food choices" for SNAP recipients, which is expected to impact 140,000 obese Arkansas children, and a new app, the Arkansas Snap Companion, will help SNAP recipients navigate the changes.
