Greenport Fire District honors girls who saved home from fire

The Greenport Fire District recognized two young girls for their swift action after spotting a house on fire in April. 11-year-olds Juliana and Kollette were presented with certificates and department patches on Wednesday evening at the District Board of Fire Commission meeting.
