Greyhound Flats, an upscale apartment complex, coming to downtown site of old Greyhound Bus Station

We’ve seen a number of upscale multi-family housing complexes go up in downtown Bakersfield over the past several years. Now, we have word that a 42-unit complex is just a couple of years away.
