Ground beef recalled in Colorado, 5 other states over E. coli concerns

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced a recall on more than 2,800 pounds of raw 90/10 ground beef processed by Mountain West Food Group, LLC, from Idaho.
