Guilderland soup, chili cook-off winners announced

On Sunday, the Guilderland Chamber of Commerce held the second annual "The Heat is On! Soup, Chowder, & Chili Cook Off." Following the event, the chamber announced the winners of best flavor, most comforting bowl, and most original twist.
