Gurdon man arrested after alleged Arkansas Human Development Center attack

Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced the arrest of 22-year-old Sam Bell on a felony charge of abusing an endangered or impaired person during his employment at the Arkadelphia Human Development Center.
