H-3 ramp closure to reshape Kāneʻohe commutes through August

The southbound Kamehameha Highway on ramp to the westbound H-3 Freeway has been closed for 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency repairs due to damage caused by heavy rain events in March and April, with repairs expected to be completed in November.
