Halfmoon community outreach center to re-open after car crash

Dozens of families have been scrambling to figure out what to do next after a car crashed into Cheryl's Lodge on Sunday, leading to the temporary cancellation of all programs and services. However, Executive Director Scott DeMarco received some news on Tuesday that may help with that.
