Harrisburg Artsfest concludes after rainy weekend

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- Creativity was on full display this weekend at the Harrisburg Artsfest despite the poor weather. The three-day event, which ended Monday at 5 p.m., featured 170 artists from across the country. Vendors sold hand-crafted goods, paintings, sculptures, wood carvings, jewelry and more.
