Harvey Taylor Bridge sidewalk closing, traffic shift planned for inspection

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) - The Harvey Taylor Bridge sidewalk will be closed due to an inspection of the bridge. PennDOT says the inspection will be performed on September 9, weather permitting.
