Hawaii DOT taking new measures on county, private property ahead of storm

As of Thursday morning, much of the Hawaiian Islands have yet to feel dramatic impacts from the incoming storm, but the Hawaii Department of Transportation has already been busy clearing up roadways, bridges, streams, and waterways, even if it's on someone else's property.
