Hawley proposes federal funding stream to keep rural hospital ERs open

Missouri U.S. Sen. Josh Hawley formally introduced the "Rural Hospital Emergency Room Guarantee Act" on Wednesday, legislation that would create a federal funding stream to help keep rural hospital emergency rooms open.
