HeatUpStLouis, Hardee's partner for 26th annual 'Rise and Shine' fundraiser

Heat Up St. Louis is partnering with local Hardee's restaurants on Friday for the 26th annual "Rise and Shine" campaign to raise money to help families with utility costs during the winter months.
