Henry Ruggs moved to higher security Nevada prison

The Nevada Department of Corrections has transferred former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III from a minimum-security transitional housing center in Las Vegas to a medium-security prison in Northern Nevada.
