Hickman County deputies working around the clock to clear roads, help people after winter storm

The winter weather hit Hickman County hard this week, leaving 90% of the county without power at one point, according to officials. Hard work by multiple agencies has restored all but 15% of the power and cleared most of the primary roads, but these is still plenty left to do, including clearing secondary roads.
