Higbee returns to naval base San Diego, just in time for Christmas

The Higbee, named after Navy pioneer Lenah Sutcliff Higbee, returned to Naval Base San Diego after 9 months, with a family from Maine reuniting with their daughter, a recent graduate of the Naval Academy.
