INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indiana high school boys basketball state finals matchups are set.

Four state championship trophies are on the line on Saturday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Class 4A: Mt. Vernon vs. Crown Point (approximately 8:15 p.m.)

It’s a rematch from the Hall of Fame Classic championship, a game Crown Point won, 60-56, on December 23.

Crown Point’s (25-1) only loss of the season was to Gary 21st Century, a 2A school, on January 31. The Bulldogs have won 11 straight games since that loss, and were dominant at semi-state. Crown Point won both games by at least 26 points, taking down Fort Wayne Snider and Northridge. This is also Crown Point’s first ever state championship appearance.

Class 3A: Cathedral vs. New Haven (6 p.m.)

Cathedral (24-5) is back to the state championship for the fifth time in program history. The Irish last played at state in 2022, where they beat Cheste...
