Highway 191 crash investigation underway in Odessa

ODESSA, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) - The Odessa Police Department is currently investigating a crash on Highway 191 just west of Billy Hext. Both eastbound lanes are currently shut down. Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and use alternative routes until further advised.
