Hinsdale police chief submits intent to retire; Sgt. Crupi returns to duty after fatal officer-involved shooting

In the wake of the officer-involved shooting in Hinsdale, Massachusetts, that led to the death of 27-year-old Biagio Kauvil, the town’s police chief has submitted a letter of intent to retire. The sergeant who responded to the mental health call that led to Kauvil’s death is also back on the force.
