Historic farm leases water shares to help save Great Salt Lake

Historic Monastery Farm in Huntsville is adapting its farming techniques to be more water efficient. In doing so, it’s now able to lease one quarter to one third of its water shares to the state, all of which will be carefully metered and accounted for and released into Great Salt Lake.
