Hit-and-run involving e-motorcycle leaves juvenile injured in Santee

A juvenile was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle while riding an e-motorcycle near Mission Gorge Road on Tuesday, and the driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
