Hochul backs new vaccine bills

New York Governor Kathy Hochul and Democratic legislative leaders have introduced two bills to protect the state's vaccine rules from federal interference, allowing local pharmacists to give COVID shots to kids as young as 2-years-old and requiring health insurers to cover state-approved shots.
