Hochul grants clemency, pardoning 11 and commuting 2

Governor Kathy Hochul granted clemency to 13 people, reducing the prison sentences of two men and pardoning 11 others, while advocates call for a faster pace to address the backlog of nearly 1,800 pending applications and rising death toll in state prisons.
