‘Hollywood Madam’ Heidi Fleiss challenges Las Vegas rules restricting her pet macaws

Heidi Fleiss, the one-time media sensation and so-called Hollywood Madam, says she will fight county restrictions on her ability to house and release some 30 wild birds she plans to move from Pahrump to her new home in Las Vegas.
